Our work includes corporate reorganizations and asset structuring, income taxation, donations, and inheritance involving assets in Brazil and abroad. We prepare a wide range of instruments related to estate and succession planning, such as wills, donation agreements, family council constitutions, family protocols, prenuptial agreements, shareholder agreements, investment fund and company constitutions, among others. We also advise our clients on the establishment and regularization of their relationships (marriage and common-law marriage) and their asset effects (property regime and in the event of breakups—divorce and dissolution of the union), as well as on judicial and extrajudicial inventories.
