Erick Tozzatti Andrade

Civil litigation lawyer with experience in strategic litigation, working on matters involving civil law, consumer law, and administrative law.

His practice includes representing and advising investment funds on the acquisition of credit rights and judicial payment orders.

He is pursuing a postgraduate degree in Financial and Capital Markets from the Pontifical Catholic University of Minas Gerais (PUC/MG) and holds a law degree from São Judas Tadeu University.

Erick also serves as an advisor to the Sixth Panel of the Ethics and Disciplinary Tribunal of the Brazilian Bar Association (OAB/SP).
