Felipe Moraes

Lawyer specializing in labor law, both in litigation and advisory matters. He has experience in strategic litigation, including class actions brought by the Public Ministry of Labor and unions, administrative proceedings before the Ministry of Labor and Employment, and representation before higher courts.

His advisory practice includes advising on due diligence processes for mergers and acquisitions (M&A) and drafting variable compensation restructuring plans. He provides legal, litigation, and advisory services to companies in various sectors, such as banking, agribusiness, real estate, tourism, industry, and services.

He holds a law degree from CESMAC University Center and a postgraduate degree in Labor Law from the Pontifical Catholic University of São Paulo (PUC/SP).
