Júlia Butignoli

Lawyer specializing in corporate law and contracts. Provides advisory services to individuals, civil associations, and companies of various sizes and segments, performing activities ranging from routine corporate matters for all types of companies to corporate reorganizations and estate and succession planning. She also drafts, reviews, and negotiates various types of contracts, in addition to handling urban and rural property regularization claims.

He holds a bachelor’s degree in law from Mackenzie Presbyterian University and a specialization in Advanced Business Topics from the University of Albany – State University of New York. He is currently pursuing an MBA (Master of Business Administration) in High Performance Law at the Pontifical Catholic University of Minas Gerais.
